Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We are not providing free shipping at the moment. A delivery fee of minimum Rs. 50 is applicable for few products. For medium & heavy weight products, the shipping fee may vary, please check the shipping fee on the checkout page before payment.
  • All small weight orders placed with www.okearth.in would be door delivered through our courier partners like Ecom Express, Delhivery, Indiapost, etc. via ShipRocket.
  • For medium, heavy weight or bulky products, the delivery shall be made to nearest transport offices like (TSRTC, APSRTC Logistics, VRL, TCI Express, etc.). These shall be duly informed at the checkout page.
  • ‘Natureloop Eco Solutions’ only holds the responsibility of handing over the consignment to the courier company/transport partner in-time from order placement and payment receipt. It will be in no case liable for the delivery delays made by the courier company due to any natural calamities or public holidays. Regional/ local rules may apply.
  • In case of delayed orders for more than 14 working days, feel free to write to us on info@okearth.in, mentioning your Order ID.

We do not sell or ship outside India. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@okearth.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.


Refunds, Returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@okearth.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!  You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
